Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is a public sector telecommunication company located in India.  As of March 2008, BSNL was the largest telecommunications company in India, with a market share of 24%. As of June 2008, BSNL was recorded to have a customer base of about 90 million. As of today, BSNL has estimated market value of $100 billion. The company is plans include an IPO within 6 months to offload 10% to public in the Rs 300-400 range valuing the company at over $100 billion.
